What the Page Up key does
Page Up scrolls the view up by one screen. In documents it moves the cursor up a screenful; in browsers it scrolls back a page. Alt+Page Up moves between worksheets in Excel (one screen left).
On a Mac
Fn+Up arrow. On Macs the Space bar and Shift+Space also page down and up in browsers and PDF viewers.
On a laptop
Fn+Up arrow on most laptops.

If the Page Up key is missing or not working
Needs Fn on most laptops. If Ctrl+Page Up does not switch tabs, the app may use Ctrl+Shift+Tab instead. Test the key below.
